35th anniversary photo competition – ‘One planet… many ways to care for our environment’

To celebrate 35 years of twinning between Cheltenham, UK and Weihai in China, Cheltenham Borough Council and Cheltenham Twinning Association, in conjunction with Cheltenham Camera Club and Weihai City Council in China, organised an amateur photo competition.
